Covering Fountain, Security-Widefield, and the south Colorado Springs corridor along I-25.

Fountain is our northern anchor, twenty easy minutes up I-25, and the workload up here looks different from Pueblo proper. Newer subdivisions, lots of them built for the Fort Carson market, mean slab-on-grade two-stories with tidy mechanical rooms and attics that make fan placement simple. It also means a lot of military families on PCS timelines, and we treat those like real estate deadlines: priority tests, quotes the same day, installs before the movers show up.
Don't let the newer construction relax you. El Paso County is Zone 1 like everywhere else along the Front Range, and homes in Countryside and the Mesa Ridge area test over 4.0 all the time, builder-installed passive stacks or not. If your home has a lonely capped pipe labeled RADON in a closet, that's a passive rough-in waiting for a fan, an hour of our time and you're done. If it has nothing, a standard sub-slab install runs $950 to $1,350 same as our Pueblo pricing, no windshield-time surcharge.
Renting near post? Push your landlord to test, or spend $135 testing yourself for the peace of mind. Lungs don't care whose name is on the deed.
